An Italian film producer, he became involved in the film industry at a young age. In 2008, he produced Basta Poco for Roma for you Onlus, directed by Laura Luchetti and presented at the Rome Film Festival.

His passion has led him to select only projects in which he deeply believes, guided by the conviction that cinema is a field where art and entrepreneurship must coexist. He has collaborated with Sophia Loren, Edoardo Ponti, Alessandro Gassmann, Erri De Luca, Nastassja Kinski, Julian Sands, Brando De Sica, and many others.

After graduating from G.I.A. New York, Fabio began his career in the international diamond industry. After gaining experience as a wholesaler for various foreign markets, he founded his own company in Milan.

In 1997, driven by a strong passion for cinema, he embarked on a new professional path in the world of audiovisual production. He started as a production assistant, then became a junior producer, and later a partner at a production company.

Throughout his career, he has produced hundreds of commercials for international clients, working all over the world and developing particular expertise in Middle Eastern markets.
In 2006, he joined Casta Diva Pictures, contributing to the company’s growth and, over the years, also serving as CEO and Partner.

Today, he is part of the Masifilm team, where he brings over twenty-five years of experience in international audiovisual production, supporting clients and productions with strategic vision, managerial skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.

Aurelia Musumeci Greco is a cultural entrepreneur active in the audiovisual and in the contemporary art sectors.

At MasiFilm, she serves as general manager and executive producer, where she develops and manages projects for the advertising and events divisions. She is also a co-founder of the Acqua Foundation, an organization dedicated to promoting contemporary art and raising awareness about environmental sustainability.

Her work combines cultural production, artistic research, and social impact, giving rise to distinctive, high-quality projects.
