MasiFilm recognizes the principles of integrity, fairness, transparency, and accountability as fundamental elements of its operations, promoting a corporate culture based on respect for people, compliance with applicable regulations, and adherence to the highest professional standards.
In line with these principles and with the aim of ensuring the ethical and transparent management of its activities, MasiFilm has also adopted the Organizational, Management, and Control Model required by Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001, as a tool for preventing crimes and fostering a culture of legality within the organization.
As further confirmation of its commitment to a responsible and sustainable supply chain, MasiFilm has also adopted a Supplier Code of Conduct, designed to define the principles and standards of conduct that the company expects from all its business partners and suppliers. The document promotes compliance with applicable laws, respect for human rights, principles of business ethics, environmental protection, and the values that guide MasiFilm’s operations, thereby strengthening the relationship of trust and collaboration throughout the entire value chain.
The adoption of the Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and the Supplier Code of Conduct constitutes an integrated system of principles and rules designed to guide the conduct of all those who operate on behalf of, in the interest of, or in collaboration with MasiFilm.
Through these tools, MasiFilm promotes a culture based on respect for the law, professional ethics, fairness, integrity, transparency, accountability, and sustainability, in the belief that these values are essential to creating long-term value.
